Shademart products are made in the USA and backed by our warranty. If your product has a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge.

How to submit a warranty claim

1. Email support@shademart.zendesk.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim".
2. Include your order number (or proof of purchase if you bought on Amazon), the product name and size, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the defect.
3. Our team will review your claim and reply with next steps.

Shipping and handling for warranty returns is paid by the customer. A replacement product keeps the remaining warranty of the original purchase.
